are we supposed to post the week 8 challenge minutes in a post here? we are finished for this week since we don't do any thing on saturday's and sunday starts a new week. emoticon

Sorry about the delay in posting the challenge this week it has been a long and crazy weekend. This week is going to be a simple one. Its going to be another week of focusing on exercising with your kids.

For every minute of cardio that your kids get deliberate exercise (ie. going outside to run or swim, etc.), you will earn 1 point. If you participate in the exercise with them, you will earn an extra point for each minute.
