Week 5 Cardio with our kids
We are going to focus on just getting our kids up and active this week. Weve already determined how much fitness time they should be getting in each day. Now lets focus on specifically getting in some fitness time with our children.
For every minute of cardio that you and your kids do together, you will earn one point. If at least 30 minutes of that cardio is done outdoors, earn a 20 point bonus.
Sunday they swam/ I walked - nothing together! :-(
Monday repeat of Sunday - nothing together! :-(

Saturday morning bike ride(girls) while I walked w/dh (37 minutes ~ outdoors) 37 points
afternoon swimming in the lake(1 hours ~ outdoors) 60

Weekly Total - 97 + 40 = 137
