We will be starting up a new challenge for the summer next month. Since the kids in our lives will be out of school for the Summer, most by Memorial Day, this Summer Challenge will involve our kids every step of the way.
The Challenge will focus on one aspect of our children's health and fitness each week. Because we are also striving to get ourselves healthy, there will be aspects of the challenge that are for us.
We will begin the Summer Challenge on Sunday, June 5th, and it will run for 12 weeks up until Labor Day weekend, which is when most areas consider the Summer Travel season to be over (at least in the U.S.A.). Watch for more information to come. I plan to post the Challenge no later than Saturday morning for the following week.
Since this challenge will go week by week, feel free to participate every week or only the weeks that you need the extra motivation. This will be a points challenge and the top points leaders for each week will receive Spark Goodies. Good luck!
