Week 8 has arrived… we’re almost finished with our Spring Challenge! The contestants have done great at striving to meet their goals each week. We are changing things up a bit this week as we prepare to wind down the challenge.
Here are your goals for Week 8:
- Try one new strength training exercise at least 3 days this week.
- Complete 30 minutes or more cardio outdoors at least 2 days this week.
- Drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday.
- Cook with your kids at least 1 day this week.
- Eat 3 or more servings of veggies every day this week.
