- Complete at least 20 minutes of strength training 5 days this week.
- Complete 30 minutes or more cardio 5 days this week.
- Drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday.
- Get outdoors with your kids for at least 30 minutes 3 days this week.
- Eat dinner at home as a family at least 3 days this week.
- Eat at least 5 servings of fruits and veggies everyday.
- Post your own blog at least 3 days this week.
