For Week 4 of the Spring Challenge, we had 7 people sign up to participate. Thatís half the number from Week 3Ö letís see if we can get some more people in on it this week!

emoticon BNKNOPP, SOONERMOMMY3 completed 30 minutes of cardio 5 days or more.

emoticon BNKNOPP, DECEMBERFIRE, SOONERMOMMY3 cooked with their children at least 1 day.

emoticon BNKNOPP, DECEMBERFIRE, SOONERMOMMY3 turned off all electronic devices for 30 minutes to have some quality kid time at least 3 days.

emoticon CLWALDRO, JAMIECARDER, RASMUSSEN5, SANDYBRUNO completed all 5 goals for Week 4 of our Spring Challenge!

For Week 3 of the Spring Challenge, we had 13 people sign up to participate. Thatís a big step up from last week. Letís see if we can get even more teammates involved this week!

emoticon MVISGAK completed 20 minutes of strength training 5 days or more.

emoticon BNKNOPP, DECEMBERFIRE and MVISGAK completed 30 minutes of cardio 5 days or more.

emoticon DECEMBERFIRE drank at least 8 glasses of water everyday.

emoticon BNKNOPP and DECEMBERFIRE shared one meal at home as a family at least 5 days.

emoticon BNKNOPP, DECEMBERFIRE, GNCX2NZ, MVISGAK, and REDMEL turned off all electronic devices for 30 minutes to have some quality kid time at least 2 days.

emoticon CLWALDRO, JAMIECARDER, RASMUSSEN5, and SANDYBRUNO completed all 5 goals for Week 3 of our Spring Challenge!

For Week 2 of the Spring Challenge, we had 8 people sign up to participate. There weren't as many participants as last week, but those who participated did a great job!

emoticon DECEMBERFIRE and RASMUSSEN5 completed 30 minutes or more of cardio 4 days or more.

emoticon DECEMBERFIRE drank at least 8 glasses of water everyday.

emoticon BNKNOPP, DECEMBERFIRE, KRAEG3, RASMUSSEN5, and SOONERMOMMY3 shared at least one meal at home as a family 3 or more days.

For Week 1 of the Spring Challenge, we had 17 people sign up to participate. What a great turnout!

emoticon KRAEG3, NMYHILL, and RASMUSSEN5 completed 20 minutes or more of strength training 3 days or more.

emoticon ALMOMMA, KRAEG3, MELLYFAITH, RASMUSSEN5, and SOONERMOMMY3 completed 30 minutes or more of cardio 3 days or more.

emoticon Except for those who completed all four goals, no one drank at least 6 glasses of water everyday.

emoticon ALMOMMA, BNKNOPP, DECEMBERFIRE, KRAEG3, MELLYFAITH, NMYHILL, RASMUSSEN5, and SOONERMOMMY3 shared at least one meal as a family 2 days or more.

emoticon CLWALDRO, SANDYBRUNO and JAMIECARDER completed all four goals for Week 1 of our Spring Challenge.
