We are going to start new and fresh with our team's weigh-ins. There will not be a set weigh-in day each week since we all have different schedules. The only recommendation I have is that you pick one day each week and weigh-in on that day every week. Your posts should look something similar to this:
Last week: xx.xx lbs
Current: xx.xx lbs
Gain/Lost: xx.xx lbs
Percentage Gained/Lost: xx.xx%
For those who don't know, to get your percentage, you take the number of pounds you've lost and divide by your starting weight, then multiply by 100.
We are not going to make our weigh-ins a contest. This is not a bootcamp or challenge page, nor are we competing against each other. We are competing against ourselves in an effort to get healthy again for ourselves and our families.
