I weighed in this morning... only 1 lb lost since last week. then again, my eating has been slightly off since having oral surgery last week. Next week's goal is 2 lbs weightloss.

Yesterday was my first weigh-in with the Kids' Health Team. I was at 176, 9 lbs from my starting weight 2 weeks ago. YAY! My goal for the coming week is to lose 2 lbs.
