I will join the challenge. My son is older, 13, but very open to time spent with us, and I think this will be a good way to get us both started down the track we want to be on. I need the commitment for me as well.

ok still not used to this site, only been here a week. But I am glad to say I have added a new spark memeber on my family profile. She is a neighbor's child, mom not ready to join but looked at cite and gave permision for her to join. We have walked 2miles the last 3 days. Those miles include a steep hill to climb, I live on the top of a mountain range, So hills are in abundance here. My son has lost one pound and I lost three. Today it has snowed 6 inches expecting a foot. So tredmill and gazelle here we come!

The weather is getting nicer and it will help shake things up, so we are up to the challenge as well.

ok WE ar up to the challenge. My kids and I are new to the site. There is still snow on the ground and we are going walking. I have also started jogging but the kids are not up to jogging yet. This is their first day. Today even the neighbor's child is going with us. We will be back to post how long we walked

My kids and I did 8 mile walk yesterday.. It was really fun...

OK yah it's already April.. Happy Aprils Fools day... The challenge of the month is..........
1st take a 30 min walk with family 3 times a week.
2nd get some kind of exercise everyday with your kids. 20 minutes
3rd make sure everyone is eating healthy and trying new thing..
ok we can do this to get our families healthy... Lets go and have a great Month...
