today we all did 25 jumping jacks the kids loved it...
I have been doing jumping jacks with the kids lately since it is on my workout DVD. They started doing it with me and so now I try to make sure we do them every day.
Today i will add 10 min to my cardio workout. I am heading to the gym in a bit and they treadmills are programmed to only go for 25min so i usually do 50min. I will do an extra 10 min to make it an even hour.

Count me in for 25 jumping jacks with the kids. That will also increase my workout.

This month I challenge you to do a little more..
1. add 10 minutes to your workout.. If your gonna workout for 30 make it 40..
2. 25 jumping jacks with your kids everyday.. Very fast and easy..
3. Stay in your calorie range...
4. Lets encourage one another out.. Type in someones sparkpage and tell them they are doing good or give a sparkgoodie out...
