Okay girls.....let's give it the old college try.....see if we can make a TD on this one....LOL... Personally I dont have all that much to lose, but quite often that is the hardest...I was knocking on the door of 200lbs about 12 mths ago, at only 5'4", thought that was waaay too much. Somehow I put together enough continuous will power to lose around 30lbs, was going great. Then I went on holiday and came back 10lbs heavier than when I left....Im still trying to lose that 10lbs, plus my Dr & I would like to see my weight down between 150 & 160lbs....I am see-sawing between 175-180 and cant seem to get the same will power working again.... The 150 range is my "long term goal"....but I am trying to achieve it in short bursts, so that I dont put my expectations too high and set myself up to crash & burn.... I would be satisfied with only 1 pound a week, as long as the scales kept going down and not bouncing up and down like a pogo stick. I wasnt so strict with myself over Christmas, but did promise to get back on track again for the New Year...( heard that one before..LOL) But Im still in there trying.... By the way, anyone else out there in the Ardmore, Southern OK area?

I think we, as a team, need to step it up for January. We need to have a tough month long challenge that will jump start our weight loss. We should have a weekly weigh in so that we will all stay accountable. Any takers?
