I have lost 2 more pounds. That means I have lost 10 pounds this month. Met my goal early but still going strong.

I haven't been tracking my food. I really feel my energy level going down and know it is because I'm not doing as well with planning my meals and eating healthier/balanced meals. Thanks for the reminder of staying on track.
