I have lost 2 more pounds. That means I have lost 10 pounds this month. Met my goal early but still going strong.

I haven't been tracking my food. I really feel my energy level going down and know it is because I'm not doing as well with planning my meals and eating healthier/balanced meals. Thanks for the reminder of staying on track.

I have stayed in calorie range 6 days this week and exercised most everyday. I lost 8 pounds! Thats pretty cool!!!

I plan to stay in calorie range everyday too.

Complete the 5k run on Thanksgiving day.

Stay at current weight or even lose a pound or two!

Does anyone have any goals for November?

I plan to stay in calorie range everyday.
Exercise more consistently.
Lose 10 pounds.
Not freakout when Thanksgiving comes.
