I live in the N/NE area between Lloyd Center and Emanuel Hospital. I don't have a vehicle and have 100+ lbs to lose. I'm a member of the LA Fitness gym and prefer swimming and walking. Currently I'm walking at a pace that is 3-4 mph, when I walk by myself.
I realize meeting up and exercising in person can be challenging with schedules and responsibilities, but would love to have some people to meet and walk with regularly and to either call or text to check in with about fitness, nutrition, and life in general.
