Hey gang! I thought we'd try a fun little something as a team for Halloween. Let's Trick-or-Treat the SparkPeople.com way!

TRICK-or-TREAT RULES

1. If you'd like to participate in the Halloween fun, reply to this thread. Just a simple 'count me in' will do. Or jump and shout with excitement about participating. We'd love that, too!

2. Friday, October 28th, through Monday, October 31, go to the Spark pages of those team members who have signed up here on this thread and leave them a trick-or-treat message.

3. If you've had someone come to your Spark page and trick-or-treated, you can send out goodies to each person who has come a'knockin'! You may chose whichever way to give out treats --- you can do it by Spark Goodies or you can leave comments with goodies (emoticons) on their pages. It's totally up to you.

Talk about heatlhy Halloween treats - no calories involved! LOL
