I've only seen clips and one episode that was on Amazon for free.
I'm don't particularly like the 2 actors, but the references to life in the NW and Portland in particular are funny to me as they hit home!
Don't know if I would like it as much if I wasn't from a slightly quirky west coast town.

Haven't seen it; don't have a TV. Maybe when it gets to DVD and netflix I'll take a look...that'll be a while I'm sure.

Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it’s a sudden bleeding emergency. But in terms of chronic care, they’re terrible; (that is) in terms of the illnesses that most people have, endure, that cost the most money, that last the longest and ultimately die from. -Dr. Andrew Saul

I don't have the channel it's on, but from what I've heard I don't think I'd like it. I'm not a fan of sketch comedy.

i've seen a few of the skits and I have to say I don't think they are funny. Maybe it's my sense of humor, but I don't care for it.

Portlandia is a new tv show on the IFC channel. It's kind of quirky - like Portland. I love the scenes from Portland. But some of the sketches are too long - they're not funny after awhile.

What do you think?

You don't stop playing because you grow 0LD; you grow old because you stop PLAYING.
