Hey Everyone -- Here' a cool, fun, healthy and helpful thing to do this Sunday. It's an Exercise-a-thon to raise food and clothing for families in our community that need help. I'm excited about it! It's at Clark College in Vancover. Should be an ok drive on a sunday. It's called Workout for your Soul. A morning full of fun activities to try. From dance and conditioning to pilates and yoga.
