I am in a couple of February challenges, so my only goals will be to continue eating healthy (most of the time anyway), going to the gym 3 days a week, and trying to get some extra exercise in at home when I can. In one challenge we are suppose to try to lose 5 lbs. It will take me below my goal weight, so I don't know how I'll do. Doing this to try to keep hubby on track with his weight loss.
