Met most of my February fitness goals, but didn't lose the 5 lbs., I actually gained a couple.

I ate healthy most of the time, but I have to admit it was the worst month I've had at wanting to eat right. In reading blogs, I don't think I was the only one. We all have Spring fever !!

I am in a couple of February challenges, so my only goals will be to continue eating healthy (most of the time anyway), going to the gym 3 days a week, and trying to get some extra exercise in at home when I can.
In one challenge we are suppose to try to lose 5 lbs. It will take me below my goal weight, so I don't know how I'll do. Doing this to try to keep hubby on track with his weight loss.

Shortest month of the year! What do you intend to accomplish?

I'm going to complete 10,000 steps per day, 10 minutes of ST or stretching per day, and 90 minutes of exercise.

I know I can do this!
