3. Eat at least 4 fruit/veggies daily
4. Sleep at least 7 hours every night
5. Walk YOUR dog daily - least 20 minutes (This is for you dog walkers – only count the minutes with YOUR dog)
10 POINT BONUS CHALLENGE:
15 minutes play time with your canine
