With just one more day to go, I think I can safely say that I met some of my goals, but have fallen back on a couple in the last week or so. I haven't done a very good job at staying within my calorie range over the Christmas holidays, and have not been to the gym in over a week. No excuse, just slacked off with all the baking I was doing for my family.
So, I think I can give myself a B- on my December goals. emoticon

I'll do better in January !!

December Goals:
Stay in calorie range 6 of 7 days, one day at low end of range
Get going on my new HM training plan
Keep my current weight loss moving

my goals for december are to
spend more time exercising than i spend sitting at my computer.

My December goals:

Go to the gym 3 times per week.
Drink 8 glasses of water per day.
Maintain my weight - at least within 2-3 pounds.
Get at least 7 hours of sleep per night.
Stay within my calorie range of 1350-1450 per day.

I'm sure the calorie range will be hard around Christmas !!!!!

My goals for December are:

Exercise at least 60 minutes every day
Stay at the midpoint or below of my calorie range: about 1350 a day
Lose 8 pounds before the New Year
Strength train 3 days a week

What are your goals to finish the year off?

I'm looking at doing what I couldn't in November
11,000 steps per day
90 fitness minutes per day
10 glasses of water.
And be in calorie range 6 of 7 days per week.

So far I'm off to a good start!
