With just one more day to go, I think I can safely say that I met some of my goals, but have fallen back on a couple in the last week or so. I haven't done a very good job at staying within my calorie range over the Christmas holidays, and have not been to the gym in over a week. No excuse, just slacked off with all the baking I was doing for my family. So, I think I can give myself a B- on my December goals.
Go to the gym 3 times per week. Drink 8 glasses of water per day. Maintain my weight - at least within 2-3 pounds. Get at least 7 hours of sleep per night. Stay within my calorie range of 1350-1450 per day.
I'm sure the calorie range will be hard around Christmas !!!!!
