I met my goals most every day. Did have one or two days where I didn't make my 8 glasses of water & all my fruits/vegetables. I stayed within 2 or 3 lbs. of my goal weight, which I'm pleased with. Did all of my gym time.
1. At least 30 minutes of cardio 6 days a week 2. 15 minutes of ST 3 days a week 3. 8 glasses of water a day. 4. 5 freggies per day 5. Lose at least 5 pounds 6. Hiking my trail at least twice a week while the weather holds
