I met my goals most every day. Did have one or two days where I didn't make my 8 glasses of water & all my fruits/vegetables.
I stayed within 2 or 3 lbs. of my goal weight, which I'm pleased with.
Did all of my gym time.

If you haven't failed, you haven't lived !

I just want to be more consistent exercise wise, than I have been lately.
Menopause has really effected me in lots of not so great ways.

My goals stay about the same:

Go to the gym 3 days per week
Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day
Eat at least 4 fruits/veggies a day
Maintain my weight

1. At least 30 minutes of cardio 6 days a week
2. 15 minutes of ST 3 days a week
3. 8 glasses of water a day.
4. 5 freggies per day
5. Lose at least 5 pounds
6. Hiking my trail at least twice a week while the weather holds

I want to do 50 minutes minimum cardio for each week, with 8 glasses of water a day. I also like you plan to each 3-5 helpings of fruit/veggies a day and get in more protien where I can.

October goals:

1) 13,000 step per day
2) 90 minutes of Cardio per day
3) 20 minutes of ST per day
4) 10 Glasses of Water per day
5) 3 Fruits and 3 Veggies per day

I should reach my goal weight by 10/21.
