the challenge for september 1-14 is to train like you were going to the olympics. the way you determine your standings is by keeping track of your cardio min's.
everyone participating (even if you don't want to be on a team you can still participate) who completes at least 180 min's. of cardio will get a bronze medal. 180 min's-540 min's during this 2 weeks will get a bronze medal. if you complete 541-1200 min's you will get a silver medal. anyone who gets more then 1200 min's will get a gold medal.
your min's must be logged at least by the end of the week.
everyone participating who gets at least 180 min's will get a medal and a certificate. there will be a prize for whoever gets the most min's total.
i will post in this thread how to log your min's. i hope you all enjoy this challenge and keep each other motivated. remember everyone has good days and bad days. so when you are having a good day spread it around. it may make a world of difference to someone having a bad day.
