I have a co -worker who takes in coconut oil every day - she says it makes a huge difference for her. Although I have gotten some, other than using it as the base for essential oils to massage sore muscles and my foot when I had surgery on it, I have not figured out how to use it in food on a daily basis.
So far, when I take the time to make oatmeal on weekends, if I remember, I put some in that with my nuts and fruits.

Coconut oil is used in my kitchen as I would use regular oil for cooking. My husband uses Nature's Way Extra Virgin Coconut Oil every day in his food. He swears it has helped him to lose belly fat and weight.
Having a time with candy...I'll go for a few day, and than zoom eating candy. Fortunately the habit is begining to make me feel bad, and that helps. email@example.com

Great article...thanks! I'd heard coconut water was good, but I haven't tried it yet. Now I'll look for coconut oil at the supermarket when I shop next and try that for cooking. I've switched from butter to olive oil and canola oil, not sure how coconut oil compares, but it's probably worth trying, -Cindy
There is a team called nuts for coconut and they have links and info that is quite good. I started using it once in a while then started reading about all the good it does you and now we have been trying to get it in everyday.
