Thank you.....that reminds me why we use it....besides that it taste good.

Having a time with candy...I'll go for a few day, and than zoom eating candy. Fortunately the habit is begining to make me feel bad, and that helps.

Coconut oil is used in my kitchen as I would use regular oil for cooking. My husband uses Nature's Way Extra Virgin Coconut Oil every day in his food. He swears it has helped him to lose belly fat and weight.

Having a time with candy...I'll go for a few day, and than zoom eating candy. Fortunately the habit is begining to make me feel bad, and that helps.

Lucinda, I did find the coconut oil in with the other oils at Walmart. Look next to the olive oils.

I did find a can of coconut milk at walmart but it was with the flavored waters. Still haven't found coconut oil. Lucinda

Great article...thanks! I'd heard coconut water was good, but I haven't tried it yet. Now I'll look for coconut oil at the supermarket when I shop next and try that for cooking. I've switched from butter to olive oil and canola oil, not sure how coconut oil compares, but it's probably worth trying,

There is a team called nuts for coconut and they have links and info that is quite good. I started using it once in a while then started reading about all the good it does you and now we have been trying to get it in everyday.

Hey guys, been MIA again, Just don't have a lot of time for the PC. I did run across an article I thought I would share with you. It is about Coconut Oil I have been using it for a while now and seems that is is good for you.
