I purchased a Meyer Lemon Tree a few months ago. I live in the south and was told that it was best to pot in a bigger pot so I could bring it inside in the colder months. It has grown a little taller but no sign of buds or fruit.
I have 2 Eureka Lemon Trees, also in bigger pots.
Have treated all 3 trees the same. My Eureka Trees are beautiful and full of lemons and buds,
and hope to have lemons from them before January.
The Meyer Tree looks pretty bad compared to the other trees and not as full, etc.
Please advise what I am doing wrong with the Meyer. They are expensive sold here and I don't want to end up losing it.
Thank you in advance for any advice about these trees.
I have 2 Meyer lemons, I too love iced tea with lemon, I live in sunny California some mine are in the ground, they produce a sweeter instead of tart lemon, I say go for it
I am starting my yearly container garden and have decided to plant a Meyer Lemon tree. I love lemons and the smell and I drink alot of iced tea in the summer. It is also very hardy and does very well in containers. I also will be starting my community garden. I am going to be growing cherry tomatoes and squash carrot's Cucumbers.I also love lavender of all kinds and every year I have a abundant amount in my garden.Lavender is one of my favorites like some input on the Meyer lemon tree and if it is worth buying:)
