Will have to try garlic - someone is eating at my carrot tops!
Human and pet hair works - the furry creatures don't like the scent of other creatures. I put hair cut hair in the front beds and no more prowling cats marking their territory - I've already 'marked' it with our scent!

hi, maybe raccoons they love corn plants too. well it rain late last night and this morning i went to see how the bean,s sprouts were i stood there i could smell the garlic powder. maybe that is why rabbits don,t like it. give it a shot i buy it at dollar stores cheaper.just sprinkle around the plants and see what happens.
lol yes do let me know, so far the only thing i seem to be losing is my corn had to hand plant a few yesterday not for sure what is getting them unless it is the birds! But please let me know about the garlic!
now i find out after i got a hair cut and left there. i put garlic powder on my veggie garden i read it in women,s world magazine will keep rabbits away. i,ll tell you this week.they like my beans when they are just popping up.
I think I may have hit upon an idea to keep the furry creatures from treating my garden as a salad bar. I have a cat who needs to be brushed often so she doesn't mat up. I have been putting the fur around my hostas. The rabbit then goes to something else without the fur. Hmmmm
