Will have to try garlic - someone is eating at my carrot tops!

Human and pet hair works - the furry creatures don't like the scent of other creatures. I put hair cut hair in the front beds and no more prowling cats marking their territory - I've already 'marked' it with our scent!

We will all have to let one another know which solution to the "varmits" works best.

hi, maybe raccoons they love corn plants too. well it rain late last night and this morning i went to see how the bean,s sprouts were i stood there i could smell the garlic powder. maybe that is why rabbits don,t like it. give it a shot i buy it at dollar stores cheaper.just sprinkle around the plants and see what happens.

I have not tried this but I was told to use any hair even human and it will keep deer and rabbits at bay!
Hope it works!

I have a Siamese cat, but I don't get a lot of hair off of her when I brush. Maybe if I brushed her more I could get more fur. So far no proble with the bunnies but that could change.

I have seen a bunny in my back yard since my privacy fence was destroyed by the tornado April 9th. That is where I had my little garden and lots of flowers and plants.

I think I may have hit upon an idea to keep the furry creatures from treating my garden as a salad bar. I have a cat who needs to be brushed often so she doesn't mat up. I have been putting the fur around my hostas. The rabbit then goes to something else without the fur. Hmmmm
