Here's a twist, spoke to a friend here and she has something weird growing in her pots too. Sending her the photo. If it's the same then it's from the potting soil we bought and not the seed swap from CA. The plot thickens... :)

Need help identifying a plant. It's coming up in a pot that was supposed to be queen siam basil. Obviously it's not and the sender of the seeds has no idea and it doesn't look familiar from her garden. Any clue?
