Hey...Lauratt inspired me to get out my Pedometer again and track steps.
Is anyone else tracking steps?
Does anyone know of a way to track steps on SP, other than setting a specific goal and just checking whether you made the goal that day?
If anyone wants to track steps here I can set up another thread for that...I know some other teams do that.
Right now I'm just seeing what I get from 'normal' weekly activity and I'm about 4,000/day. So I really need to build up to at least 10,000/day!
