I am still moving full steam ahead with the Boot camp challenge, in addition to my other workouts. I am happy to announce that through hard work, dedication, and focus not to mention watching my portions and staying within my WW points I will be leaving January 5lbs lighter. As I have said many many times, I am not so focused on the scale- but unfortunately my Wii fit board likes to weigh me - so I figured this time I'd actually look to see what it says.

I hope that we continue to move forward with this wonderful journey to better health.

Well, Yammies....I really fizzled out on this challenge and on the communication! I have my reasons, but they will just sound like excuses so I won't bother. I'm back in the game, though, and will be back here too. I made it to the gym today for the first time in over a week. Back to the challenge tomorrow. I hope you've been doing better than I have.

So this week we're supposed to do a bonus video so yesterday I picked the 10 minute dumbbell work out from "The Spark" bonus site. It was challenging! Lunges and floor work and for some reason Coach Nicole threw in bicyle crunches! No fair! Since yesterday's video was lower body, I just had to pick an upper body bonus, so now both parts of my body are sore. Not sure that was a smart move! LOL!

Well, I have to say that I have lapsed considerably on the challenge and my workouts in general. I caught a cold that really knocked me out! But, I am feeling much better today and I think I can start getting back to my workout - and to this challenge.

Well, 2011 is nearly upon us and we thought it was a good time for a new challenge! We thought we'd take advantage of the many resources available on SparkPeople and set up a GOYAAM bootcamp challenge to kickstart us into the New Year!

The rules are easy! We will use the 7 daily bootcamp videos created by Coach Nicole. Each video is about 10 minutes. Some require dumbbells and some require no equipment.

We will each add our own cardio on whichever days we choose to get to our own weekly goals.

The videos are posted below, and we will do our best to post a reminder each day with the next day's video. The challenge will run for 4 weeks - from Jan 2 to Jan 29!!
