I challenge you to 5 min of jumping rope!! And if you don't have an actual jump rope, it's fine! Just mimic the moves of jumping rope and you will get an awesome workout.

And you don't have to do 5min straight. A minute here and there throughout the day will do.

Oh Yeah! The March Madness is ON!
300+ fitness minutes/week (This will include lots of walking, 2 sessions of ST/week and 3x/week of 10K race training)
Food in calorie range 6 days/week
I've been afraid of my pillow and my sheets, so I'll add 7+ hours/night of sleep to this challenge for myself.
And I'll have FUN with it!

Oh yeah, this is good! Fitness minutes shouldn't be a problem as long as I stay on track with my current workouts, but eating within my range will be tough, I'm almost always under, even when I eat loads!!

Sounds great! I already have 3400+ spark America fitness minutes for this year, so that shouldn't be a problem. Staying within range 6 days a week will be a good challenge for me. I struggle there when it is cold and dreary out. Looking forward to a good challenge! Let's do it!

March Madness is in the building and NO I am not talking about college basketball!! lol emoticon

Last March we had our "400+ Fitness Minutes...If you Dare Challenge." This year we are going to have a different variation of that challenge which was very successful.

MARCH MADNESS

-300+ FITNESS MINUTES A WEEK - 300 fitness minutes is a GOYAAM goal, so how about we ALL aim for it or try our best to exceed it. This includes everything that you tally as fitness.

-STAY IN YOUR CALORIE RANGE 6 DAYS A WEEK. Doesn't matter what your calorie range is, as long as you stay within the ranges. Also for those who use the points system on WW, then you are supposed to stay in your points. **SUPER IMPORTANT -- We don't want to workout and not see the RESULTS. Make sure you TRACK YOUR WORKOUTS IN THE FITNESS TRACKER! Make sure you are eating enough and always listen to your body, eat more if this is a huge increase from your normal fitness minutes.**

-BONUS CHALLENGES. Twice a week I will throw in a bonus challenge for the team. So keep on checking in with the challenge.

This challenge will rely on the honor system. So you will only be cheating yourself. So try your best and remember we are all your friends and competitors and there is nothing wrong with some friendly competition!

Good luck to everyone and the challenge starts TODAY MARCH 1ST!!
