I was told that I can get my calcium from the fruits and vegetables that I normally eat, so I don't drink milk or eat cheese, either.

What is your favorite source of calcioum?

I am not a milk drinker. The thought makes me queesy! So, my best source is low fat cheese which I love, but I will also eat fat free Greek yogurt, but not as often as I should! I take a calcium supplement too!
