Overeating is mostly emotional, and sometimes boredom. I try to keep myself busy with my chores and with crocheting which I love to do. I get upset with myself when I don't accomplish what I need to do, though, which also is emotional.

Again, my apologies for this being so late in the day!

When you overeat, what are the usual circumstances? (are you bored, socializing, dealing with emotions, watching TV?)

For me, sometimes I don't even know why.... So, I would guess it has to do with emotions and boredom, but I do tend to eat a bit more if I am socializing with friends or family.
