My brother is coming rom St. Louis to pick me up and take me to my mother's for Thanksgiving. I can't drive so he's going to get me there. I haven't seen my mother since m father's funeral last year in June. I have had some health issues and she's worried about me. However, three of my children will be traveling here to spend Thanksgiving with my 2nd oldest daughter, so I will miss them. The other 2 of my 6 children will be closer to me since they will have to work at least half the day.- my oldest and youngest daughters. So we will be scattered My mother will be 86 in January and I felt it best to spend the weekend with her. Happy Thanksgiving to all of you, Americans at least.

I guess this applies to we Americans.... What are your plans for Thanksgiving this year? Are you going somehwere, cooking, having family over? For you Cannadians, what did you do for Thanksgiving this year?

I am traveling, but leaving my family behind! My husband doesn't want to go away with the room being worked on and my parents were going with me, but decided to go spend it with the grandson instead! Plus, the friend I'm going with usually dog/house sits for us! I'm going to VA Beach and staying at a gourmet chef's house! MMM-mmmmm
