My #1 rule that I have acquirted just recently. Take it to God and put it in His hands and let Him take care of it. If we can't take care of it ourselves, then we know God will take care of it. Since I have retired, esp[ecially, i have had to rely on Him more. I am not able to get out on my own and go places I want to go when I want to go. Someone always comes through. Like during the wild fires that cam through here close to me. I didn't know how I was going to get away. I had no phone to be able to call anyone. But within a few minutes, while I was putting a few things together to leave, one of my friends came by and yelled at me by the front door to "Come on, lets get out of here." She was actually there to check on her son's house just across the fence and realized that the trailer park was burning on the east side. Then she realized that i lived in the trailer park. God saw to it that I was taken to safety.
My #1 rule is not to take it all too seriously! I've lived through a number of devistating events in my life and will probably live through a few more, so I've learned to take it all 1 moment at a time and don't get too wrapped up in drama! I stand up for what I believe in, but I don't let other people's attitudes or remarks rule my mood! I don't allow anxiety and worry to rule my life! I just live and enjoy every moment I get here on earth!

To exist is to change, to change is to mature, to mature is to go on creating oneself endlessly. ~Henri Bergson
God grant me the serenity to accept the people I cannot change, the courage to change the one I can, and the wisdom to know it's me. ~Author Unknown
