To begin with, being diabetic, I do not eat pizza, at least not the normal pizza everyone else eats. I never purchase it for myself.I either eat a substitute "bread" with pizza toppings, or just the toppings. Otherwise it would be in the freezer.

What do you do with leftover pizza?

I usually save it and reheat it in the next few days for lunch. I used to like it cold, but now reheat it and in the oven or toaster oven, NOT the microwave!
