I am a night owl, which is not good because I am a volunteer WATS operator and have to be up at 5:30 to be on the phone by 5:55 every morning until 8:00. I am going to have to change that because I am not getting enough sleep, which plays havoc with my weight loss goal.

I'm more of a morning glory because I have to be able to hit the ground running, but I am ready to hit the sack by 8:30 or 9:00 pm and I usually am in bed around that time.
