I believe I've mentioned this dessert. It is really easy to prepare.
1 4-serving box sugar-free fat-free vanilla pudding
1 4-serving box sugar-free fat-free cheesecake pudding
3 cups skim milk
1 15-ounce can pumpkin
pumpkin pie spice to taste
Open both boxes of pudding and place in mixing bowl. Pour in skim milk and use mixer to blend. Add pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice (I use 1/2 Tbsp, you can adjust amount to your liking), and thoroughly blend in using mixer. Measure 1 cup in 5 dessert dishes and place in refrigerator to chill.
If you are in Weight Watchers, each serving is 2 points.
