Week of: October 3rd
1. (diet) Make a "new" meal this week. Try to find something creative that you don't usually make. Share the recipe you made with the team and tell us if you liked it, what you would change next time, etc.
2. (exercise) Do at least three strength training exercises this week. Make sure one is for your core, one is for your lower body, and one is for your upper body.
3. (community) Respond to the new "October" thread. Especially since it has a question about a possible team get together. *hint hint
