1. (diet) Increase the amount of water you drink each day by 8 ounces.

2. (exercise) Stretch at least three times this week.

3. (community) Comment on 2 different teammates sparkpages.

Week of: October 3rd

1. (diet) Make a "new" meal this week. Try to find something creative that you don't usually make. Share the recipe you made with the team and tell us if you liked it, what you would change next time, etc.

2. (exercise) Do at least three strength training exercises this week. Make sure one is for your core, one is for your lower body, and one is for your upper body.

3. (community) Respond to the new "October" thread. Especially since it has a question about a possible team get together. *hint hint

Hey guys! I haven't had the internet in a while, so I haven't been able to update with a new challenge. I finally have internet access again, so you can expect a new challenge to be posted sometime this weekend. Till then, keep being awesome!

Week of Sept. 12th

1. (diet) Work two servings of whole grains into your diet this week by using a whole grain product you don't usually use. Ex: Use Barilla's Whole Grain Penne in a pasta dish.

2. (exercise) Add 5 minutes of stretching after each workout you do this week. (If you already do this, try to add in a new stretch, instead.)

3. (community) Go to the thread named "September" on our team page and respond to the questions.
