Count me in, except for number 2. I've started running a little when I walk and it is hard on my knees. Stairs are even harder.
1. (diet) Add one additional serving of vegetables to your day, everyday.
2. (exercise) Take the stairs at every opportunity.
3. (communication) Post a blog describing how your view on weight loss has been effected since starting SparkPeople. (This doesn't has to be the entire blog. You can incorporate this into a different blog creatively somehow.)
