Challenge begins April 3( but you can go back to April 1st if you wish)
1- we can start by using our Nutrition tracker by posting a previous automatic breakfast!
2-also post a previous automatic lunch!
3-Post total calories burned today
4-post minutes walked
Here is my Example:
1-Breakfast 1/4 cup each of Total cereal and Fiber One cereal,
1/2 cup each non fat milk and cranberry juice plus Tb. each raisins and Walnuts- 1 cup coffee and 2 water
2-Lunch- 1 Beef taco with lettuce, tomato and cheese, and diet coke
3- total calories today- 1452
4- walked at least 30 minutes a day!
Remember we are only competing against ourselves. Let's make this fun!
