10 minutes a day- here we come to a stronger US!
Sunday-March 1---Last minute cleaning(company coming for a week)
2---driving(counts too) for 2 hours each way to pick up our house guests.((Extra note--it's DH and my 62 wedding anniversary!))
3---Drove guests around area for several hours today showing them our town.
Did Treadmill while watching the Biggest Loser!
4---Drove guests through a Safari type animal park today- hours over and back. Treadmill this evening while watching a NetFlex movie.
5---Last day of driving guests around. Museum tours today.
6---Guests left! Delivered Meals on wheels-for 2 hours.
7---Day off catching up around here Did shop for groceries.
8---climbed up to the top of the Baylor Bears basketball stadium to watch Lady Bears basketball play off. Lady Bears Won 64 to 60. We were only 3 rows down from top. It was even scarier coming down after the game. No hand rails!
9---Just did 60 minutes on treadmill- Reached 10606 steps total.
10--60 minutes- Treadmill--reached 10437 steps
11--70 minutes-treadmill
12--45 minutes-walk
13--70 minutes-treadmill
14--32 minutes- lite cleaning
15--No cadio- Had BBQ cookout instead
16--Heavy cleaning-70 minutes, 60 minutes Elliptical, 18 minutes treadmill
17--90 minutes Elliptical and 30 min. walk while watching Biggest Loser on TV
18--30 min. walk delivering Meals On wheels(25 houses on route)
19--30 minute walk
20--90 minutes cardio-Elliptical, Treadmill and Stationary bike
21--120 minutes cardio-Elliptical, treadmill and stationary bike
22--30 minutes treadmill and 31 minutes strength
23--120 min. cardio-Elliptical, treadmill and stationary bike

26--
27--
28--
29--
30--
31--

Let's build a fitness HABIT by consistently working out in some way 10 minutes most days of the week!
Heavy housework,Walking,Treadmill, Elliptical, Stationary bike, Swimming, Working out with weights- (whatever gets you moving for 10 minutes straight) I will keep track of the posts. If you go over your ten minutes all the better. I will post an example. Have fun as we work together to get healthier day by day! Pat
