It is Election Day Eve!
I think I have done a pretty good job in my journey to a healthier life style leading up to the Election tomorrow. I am not losing tons of weight but I am getting stronger day by day.
I plan to continue.
How about you? emoticon

1- Walked across soccer field and back again after game. That was it for walk
2-Made Lowfat blueberry muffins for breakfast from Spark recipe-with strawberries on the side.
3-had lunch with family after game at Mexican restaurant-tostadas and guacamole on the side.
4-came home and spent the evening reading new dog book-"The life of Edgar Sawtelle" 1/3 the way through
5-looking forward to doing strength training tomorrow followed by a little cardio. Life is Good!

1- did 30 minutes on Elliptical for walk
2-Auto breakfast of Kashi Go-Lean and banana and auto lunch of 15 Bean soup!
3-did 10 steps of strength training
4-getting stronger day by day!
5-Waist measurement the same.

Am I all alone here? Just two weeks til Election day.!!
1- Foot seems OK so did 50 minutes on Treadmill afterall..
2-Auto breakfast and dinner but not lunch
3-Day off from strength training
4-focusing on getting healthier day by day
5-Waist measurement the same as yesterday.

I am counting down to Election day!

1-Today I voted to do 100 minutes of cardio- combo of Elliptical and Stationary bike.
2-Canvassed to do auto breakfast of Kashi go Lean and fresh orange.
3-Nominated to do my strength training alternately with cardio.
4- Prioritizing my overall health.
5-voted NO on measuring my waist today!

1-VOTE to walk every day between now and Election Day.!
2-CANVAS your food choices daily and make it easier by making your breakfast and lunch choices automatic from a previous day.
3-NOMINATE strength training one hour for one day a week!
4-WIN by making your health and well being your number one priority! You can measure your success by taking your waist measurement today (Post or not if you wish and again on election Day.) Please post your progress here on our message board.
5-Remember YOU are the leader you have been waiting for!!
