Happy Monday!

2/10 - 1 MILE
2/11 - 2 miles+ 1mile at lunch!! :)
2/12 - 2 miles+1 at lunch
2/13 - 2 miles + 1 at lunch
2/14 - took off
2/15 - sick day
2/16 - 2 miles + 1 at lunch

Glad it's helping. Getting out of the house and just walking is a great stress reliever. It's helping me to get some in each day but I would like to have 4+ more often.

Cheree - thanks for putting this challenge out there, even though I haven't hit the 4 mile mark, I have been movin and groovin more this week than I have in a long time!!!!!!!! This was a very stressful week at work and home and every time I finished my walks I felt so good - nothing else mattered, I haven't been able to disconnect the stress factor for years, this time it's working!

I'll join in. No WATP miles for me today though. I'll try to fit some in tomorrow before work.

2/10 1.68 pedometer miles
2/11 3.9 miles, including 1.9 OUTSIDE miles :)

Goal: 4 miles a day for the next 10 days!
2/10 - 3 mile dvd & 1.4 pedometer = 4.4 miles today!
2/11 - 3.7 miles, pretty close
2/12 - 2.5 on the pedometer but I forgot to wear it to the store emoticon duh
2/13 - 1.95 ped. & 2 watp
2/14 - 1.82 ped. didn't get in a watp
2/15 - 1.2 ped. 2 watp
2/16 - misplaced my ped. today, just spent the day with the kids, their out of school all week
2/17 - 3 mile watp and .89 pedometer
2/18 - 3.31 total
2/19 - 3.09 total
2/20 - freezing today - did 40 min of Tae Bo

Don't forget you can also count your miles for the entire month on the goals at the bottom of the team page.
If you're just getting started you can aim for a lower mileage per day. The key here is 10 days of consistency.

I'm in! I just started my WATP program today with one mile this morning...I want to track this in my fitness tracker but don't see it on the list - any idea what it would be equivalent too?

I was doing well and losing weight for the last couple of weeks and I seem to be at a standstill again. So, I'm challenging myself, and you if you'll join me.

Let's do 4 miles a day for the next 10 days!

I'm going to go ahead and start today but if you start tomorrow the end date will be next Friday, the 20th. Your miles don't have to be done all at once, you can break them up throughout the day. You can get them with watp, daily steps on a pedometer, or on a treadmill. Add your miles here each day.
