I don't even know anymore. I think I have trained myself how to eat better and now I just can't help it so it's like 2nd nature. Sometimes I'm not in the mood to workout, but I do it anyway because it's the only way I'm going to make progress. If I stop I will go back to where I don't want to be. I think it's just in my brain to succeed, a habit and I'm glad.
