I've done an hour of Wii Free step. A bit of vigerous house cleaning and I'll be done my exercise for the day.
I'm really proud of myself managing the exercise so consistantly.

Well I weighed in yesterday. 2 kg up from where I was mid-December.
Could have been worse.
Back to the exercise; probably today; though gently as I'm still fighting this cold.

I know what you mean. I totally weigh myself every morning. My weight fluctuates no more than 5lbs up max. I also track what I eat everyday so that helps.

I was in a slump, but today I weighed in 1.8 lbs lighter than last week. Now, I'm not getting too excited because I go up and down the same 2 - 3 lbs on a regular basis. I really want to lose this last 10 lbs! Maintaining isn't that easy for me. If I'm not constantly focused on my weight, I'd be lost.

For me, maintaining weight loss is easy. Dropping body fat isn't.

I hoping to complete the 5K Resolution Run on Boxing Day; successfully follow the new WW's points plus plan and lose a couple of pounds even over the holidays!

I'd like my body conditioned to be ready to start P90x at the top of the year. It's not going so well. Ha! It's going to kick my butt.

What do you hope to accomplish by the end of the month?
I'd like to lose 1kg, or stay the same by the 31st of December. For me eating is part of festive celebrations.
