We usually find doing a separate thread each week works well so we have a fresh start each week; different people jump in on various weeks, so it's not always the same people participating. I'm open, though, to doing that if everyone wants to go that route.

Why don't you change the date on the thread and we simply keep using the same one? It would be easier to track progress...Sydney

My only question is that the body media seems to give me a lot of calories burned versus even using their manual calculators on their website? Do you find that to be true as well? Here's to wrapping up week one of 2013 with a bang, off to put in some sweat equity. cheers, Sydney
