Personal goals: Once again, during the day, everything was fine-ish. I did find a snack bar for late afternoon. I got home though and continued eating after dinner, as if snacking was just the best thing ever. I kept it under control, mostly, but was left feeling icky. Sigh.

Personal goals: Geez. That was just ugly. Felt like the deck was stacked against me last night and I caved and sought solace in pretzels and peanut butter. It wouldn't have been nearly as bad were it not for that decision.

Personal goals: We ended up going out for drinks and dinner with the dog walking team from the shelter, after walking all the dogs. I chose relatively healthfully, having tomato soup instead of waffle fries, a blackened chicken sammich instead of a burger, hot tea instead of a beer or drink. I had a high calorie in count, but offset most of it with the walking, so I feel pretty good about it overall.
