Start Weight: 243.0
Weight loss goal for week: 1/2 to 1 lb
Daily calorie deficit goal: 500 - 750
Personal goals: Eat well, move more.

Sunday, November 4
Calories in/out: 2129 in / 2190 out (SP) - 2602 (BB)
Deficit: 61
Steps: 5062
Personal goals: Well. It was a day of snacking more than eating, This will improve.
Comments:

Monday, November 5
Calories in/out: 1644 in / 2565 out (SP) - 2873 (BB) out
Deficit: 921
Activity: 84 min.
Steps: 8449
Personal goals: Once again, during the day, everything was fine-ish. I did find a snack bar for late afternoon. I got home though and continued eating after dinner, as if snacking was just the best thing ever. I kept it under control, mostly, but was left feeling icky. Sigh.
Comments:

Tuesday, November 6
Calories in/out: 2105 in / 2190 out (SP) - 2289 out (BB)
Deficit: 85
Activity: 16 min.
Steps: 3550
Personal goals: Geez. That was just ugly. Felt like the deck was stacked against me last night and I caved and sought solace in pretzels and peanut butter. It wouldn't have been nearly as bad were it not for that decision.
Comments: Try try again.

Wednesday, November 7
Calories in/out: 2411 in / 2940 out (SP) - forgot to sync BB, will do so tomorrow morning
Deficit: 529
Activity: 120
Steps:
Personal goals: We ended up going out for drinks and dinner with the dog walking team from the shelter, after walking all the dogs. I chose relatively healthfully, having tomato soup instead of waffle fries, a blackened chicken sammich instead of a burger, hot tea instead of a beer or drink. I had a high calorie in count, but offset most of it with the walking, so I feel pretty good about it overall.

The holidays are approaching fast--do you have a problem with all the seasonal foods that are coming (or already) out? Planning ahead can help enormously avoid the holiday bulge!

Here is the template for this week's challenge; copy and paste it, then edit your entry throughout the week. If your device does not differentiate between 'moderate' and 'vigorous' activity, change it to reflect that. Adjust the template as needed to track what is most helpful to you!
