Weight loss goal for week: .5 - 1 lb.
Daily calorie deficit goal: 500 - 750
Personal goals: Stick as close to the menu plan as possible, with only healthy substitutions if need-be. For me, losing is more about nutrition than fitness, although fitness is an important part of the whole balance game. If I can get my nutrition the rest will follow.

Personal goals: Nope - hubby made 'healthier' whole wheat chocolate chip cookies. That's fine, having one would have been fine, having four was not so fine.

Activity: Zilch - oh I walked every hour but didn't do anything fitness-related at all.
Personal goals: No. I'm getting better though. At least it was under 2000 this time, right?

Personal goals: Nutrition was better. We didn't stick to the menu plan for dinner, instead having a soup that Bill made in the crockpot, but it worked out alright.

Personal goals: During the day I was able to stick to the menu. We opted to have dinner out, and went to the Mongolian grill as a 'healthier' alternative to a Chinese buffet. Better choice,
Comments: I'm still experiencing cravings to eat. I'm not hungry, I just want to eat. Must get that under control, better. Progress.. yes please.

Personal goals: I did really, even though the numbers don't show it. Yesterday was my Friday off, so I was at home. I didn't stick to my menu plan, but I did make sensible choices and didn't try to eat everything in the house. I chose healthier options for snacking and felt good about it.
Comments: TOM started this (Saturday morning). I'm expecting a gain when I weigh tomorrow morning, but did see 1 lb gone when I weighed Friday morning.
Saturday, November 3
Calories in/out: 1977 in / 2191 out (SP) - 2149 (BB)
Personal goals: This day was spent on the couch more or less, snuggled up with puppies. While I ate a lot, I didn't eat everything, which is an accomplishment during days like these.
Comments: I made conscious decisions and they were ones that I could live with.
End Weight: 243.0
Weight loss goal met: Yes - down 1.3
Deficit goal met: Not always.
Personal goals met: Not always - but I did much better with tracking and deciding what I was going to eat. I count that as a victory on the long road to total success.
