I am posting this a little early because I will be out of town most of the weekend and may not have access to a computer. The weekly challenges start on Sunday and go through Saturday. Don't feel if you didn't start on Sunday you can't join in though; start any time during the week you are able and go from there. Make this work for YOU!

Here is the template for the May 6-12 challenge; copy and paste it, then edit your entry throughout the week as often as you are able. If your device does not differentiate between 'moderate' and 'vigorous' activity, change it to reflect that.
