Comments: I'm disappointed to be up so high. I haven't been here since last September or so. This is what happens when I try to eat more calories - my body immediately grabs them and hangs on to them. It doesn't seem to matter if I have a deficit or not. I'm hoping that it's a lot of water weight and that it will all settle down again this week.
