I've not been doing as well this past week, so I'm hoping to make some changes this week and get back to being more active and eating less junk. However, I can't go to my ballet classes on Tuesday or Thursday, which is a bummer physically and mentally. This is my last week before spring break.

Start Weight: 1 pound over goal
Weight loss goal for week: anything - don't want to go any further past my goal weight
Daily calorie deficit goal: 250-500
Personal goals: exercise at home 3 times; ballet on Friday
