Personal goals: Yes, even though I was thrown off my normal schedule. I was lucky to snag a hair appointment with my lady after work, which put me about 45 minutes behind getting outside to run. I've learned that if I get off schedule, it's very hard for me to follow through on what I'm supposed to do. I don't know why, but it is. I triumphed by making it outside and allowed myself 'only' 2 miles. Whew!
